1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website, requesting a quote, or booking a service with OÜ KovAEveod, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement, either personally or on behalf of a business entity.
2. Services
OÜ KovAEveod provides professional moving and transportation services, including but not limited to:
Residential Moving: Household relocation and packing assistance.
Commercial Moving: Office and business equipment relocation.
Garbage Removal: Disposal of unwanted items and waste management in compliance with local regulations.
Specialty Item Handling: Careful transport of high-value, heavy, or fragile items (e.g., pianos, safes, or industrial equipment).
Service descriptions provided on our website or in initial quotes are estimates. We reserve the right to adjust pricing or schedules if the actual scope of work (volume of items, floor level, access restrictions) differs significantly from the information provided by the client.
3. Payments and Invoicing
We operate on a professional invoicing model:
Payment Method: All payments must be made via bank transfer (SEPA/SWIFT) to the bank account specified on the invoice. Alternative payment methods must be agreed upon in writing prior to the service date.
Currency: All payments must be made in EUR.
Order Processing: Service bookings are confirmed only after the conditions specified in the offer or invoice (such as a deposit or full prepayment) are met, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
In accordance with the Estonian Law of Obligations Act (Võlaõigusseadus):
Service Cancellations: Cancellations made by the client within 48 hours of the scheduled service time may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover lost logistics planning and labor allocation.
Claims for Damages: Any claims regarding the handling of items must be reported immediately upon completion of the service and documented in writing.
B2C Withdrawal: For individual consumers, the right of withdrawal applies to the service contract within 14 days, provided the service has not yet been fully performed. If the service is performed at the consumer's express request during the withdrawal period, the consumer must pay for the services rendered up to the point of cancellation.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and service descriptions, is the property of OÜ KovAEveod or its licensors. Use, reproduction, or distribution of any content without prior written permission is prohibited.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate information regarding the volume of goods, fragile items, and access conditions (e.g., parking, stairs, elevator availability).
Ensuring that all items for garbage removal are legally transportable and do not include prohibited hazardous waste unless specifically agreed upon.
Securing necessary permits (e.g., street parking permits) if required for the loading/unloading location.
7. Limitation of Liability
OÜ KovAEveod shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business interruption. Our liability for loss or damage to goods during transport is limited to the terms of our carrier insurance and the Estonian Law of Obligations Act, and in no case shall exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Disclaimer of Guarantees
While OÜ KovAEveod prides itself on punctuality and care, we do not guarantee specific arrival times in cases of "force majeure," including extreme weather, traffic accidents, or road closures.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
